This is a great product. It was easy to install. Looks great. Some products like this loss water pressure, not so with these shower heads. I like the ease of using one or both heads, changing the various settings, and how simple it is to remove and replace the extension shower head. It has made a huge difference in cleaning the shower stall. I highly recommed the product.

Update: Had this for almost a year; my review below is still our opinion. We are now purchasing this for our guest bathroom.
We've only been using this unit for a short time, but so far so good. Here are our observations:
1. Although it looks metallic ... this baby is 100% plastic. So we'll see how long it lasts.
2. Installation was a breeze. Instructions said "hand tighten" and so I did. Used teflon tape and have little to no leaks.
3. Ball joint to move around the unit works perfectly. On other units I have owned they were usually too tight; this one is perfect.
4. Switch to use just handheld or combo is placed well and works fine.
5. Water pressure is amazingly strong.
6. I tested the water volume and these were the results: 2 gal/min from Base unit, 2 gal / min from Handheld unit, 3.25 gal / min from combined Base and Handheld. And living in a drought prone area (central coast, CA) we want to conserve as much water as we can so we probably won't be using the combined feature.
7. Handheld unit on the "massage" setting really puts out pressure.
8. Handheld unit fits snugly into base unit. I can see how it might pop out, but this has not happened to us yet.

I recently purchased one of these Delta shower systems for my master bathroom. So far I'm quite impressed. In every mode I've tested thus far ths showerhead produces an impressive amount of water pressure. I've tried changing settings. While I don't find much difference between most of the settings (the exception being the massage setting) I'm pleased with it's function.
I find it interesting that others indicated having issues installing the system securely and without leaks. I used good quality teflon tape from the get-go and it's been rock solid. No leaks!
While there are things that I wish had been implemented differently I'm satisfied with what I got...

Bought this item at Sams. It does feel like cheap plastic, but, was easy to install and once I figured out how to work it- we like it! I thought the diverter knob was used at 90 degrees, I finally figured out that it had a 45 degree setting that allowed me to used both heads at the same time. My husband likes that the regular setting covers the whole body so it feels warmer. We have only had it a week, so we'll see how it holds up.
